You know that scene in A Christmas Carol where young Scrooge is sitting alone in the classroom because everyone else has gone home for Christmas break?

That’s me right now. They let everyone go home early today and I have a conference call with a west coast client. I hope the ghost of me at 80 isn’t wandering around here.

Helloooooo out there. I’m all full up with Chinese food, thanks to the department director. A nap would be good. Two would be better.

This Chick is auctioning herself off. The highest bidder in less than 4 days gets to marry her. She seems rather young to feel this hopeless about marriage, but who knows. I will have to go back to see if they put up a picture of the guy who won.

So if yesterday was Wednesday, not Friday, that makes today Thursday, not Saturday, right? That’s what I thought.
