Sorry, the restaurant computer wouldn’t let me connect to blogger or my mail, so i could only comment.

Ever have a day off from work planned, just to kick back and do nothing, and then you have to come into the office anyway? That’s what I’m in the middle of right now. I work a compressed work schedule, and today is supposed to be my “off” Friday. But there’s this big project that has to get done, and I fell just short of getting it finished yesterday. So here I sit.

Granted, I’m only here for a couple of hours, and the stuff I have to do, while vital, isn’t all that taxing. Still, I’d rather be puttering around the house or out enjoying the day.

I’ll just have to satisfy myself with the knowledge of a job well done.

>From vaca: hot. Hot. Hot, and not in the j-lo sense. I am tired but in a good way. Off to avoid sunstroke.

>From vaca: Swim lessons are paying off big time. Fishboy did laps in the shallow end till i dragged him back to the room @ 10pm!
