It’s another eggs, bread, milk shopping day. I think those of us out here in the Boston suburbs are due to get it a bit worse. This time around, it’s fun with ice! Yay!

I am not going shopping in preparation for this, at least, not grocery shopping. I will be picking up some medication refills, but I need those anyway. And I stopped at Bolton Orchards on the way home and got my banana supply. So if things get really bad, I’ll have bananas and Wellbutrin, baby!

Make sure to read the comments Natalie added to the post under this one. She makes some excellent points…but I do wonder how these boys are not suspended from school for this behavior? If nobody punishes this behavior, they may as well be getting the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. “It must be okay, nobody batted an eye.”

Enough. Women have them, Men have them, but we only get up in arms when a gal is exposed. We’re spending more energy on this stupid story than we are about other wayyy more pressing issues.

Unless you have HDTV or a super large TV, it didn’t look like much of anything I haven’t seen on TV or in magazines before. Lil Kim wears less. Ya, I know that she showed off the actual part that is forbidden, but you couldn’t see it in the little flash of skin that was on a regular television.

No, she shouldn’t have done it, but I also think we make WAY too big a deal about them in America. I mean, they are there to feed babies. Why are they some mystical thing that cannot be seen? The more “forbidden” you make them, the more focus there is, and the more we get to the point where it’s a national crisis when one is spotted in the wild.

Ya, ya, it was on network television. You know, I’ve been to England and France, where they show them all the time and you know what? It’s so common that it’s boring. I watched television in a room with teenaged boys, and there were no snarky comments, no little evil “heh heh heh”…nothing.

Why do women have to hide them but men don’t, exactly? Why can Janet be fined, but some dorcus who took his shirt off and painted a team logo between his big man-boobs in the stands cannot?

Anyone out there have a recommendation for the most accurate weather links? I’m fed up.

The weather at Yahoo says I’m getting 1-2 inches but there is already 3-4 out there. And accuweather said the current conditions were “cloudy”. Well, sure, but those clouds are dropping snow and freezing rain, which you might want to mention…

I was thumbing through either People or EW this morning and got to the page with all the births, marriages, deaths, etc. and I saw a name in the obituaries that I recognized. It was for a songwriter who had his own “hit” single, which I own on 45. In fact, the second I saw his name the whole song became today’s earworm.
