I’m making some beef stew today. I’m not sure why, as it isn’t a “stew” kind of day, but I didn’t have anything else planned for this morning so I decided to try it.

I have to admit I haven’t really made stew before, but I think this one looks okay. I guess I’ll find out when it’s time to eat it. My fear, of course, is screwing something major up, like maybe overcooking it, if that’s possible. Oh well, I’m going to let it simmer a little while longer. If it’s bad, it’s bad. It’s not like I spent $30 on ingredients.
