30863. Hey, I found a tv network that really gets my fingers pumping on the old keyboard. I didn’t know that VH1 had a VH1 Classics network until I got lost in my DirecTV programming thingy. WAY COOL. Holy cow, it’s like I’m back in college again.

I think we’re going to be watching this one a lot. I like it better than the Game Show Network. Tonight we had Judy Landers on the Match Game Panel. Boy, that girl could suck all the smart out of a room with one comment.

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and…I hit 30,000 words! I am a wri-tah! Only 20k more to go. Ugh. I hate my story now. I think I’m going to make something bad happen to one of the main characters just because I’m tired of all of them.

This doesn’t have to be “the” novel of my life, right? I think I’ll have to let some freaky things happen. Maybe someone will be killed in a microwave popcorn accident.

Hey, it could happen.

Oh, and can you call it a romance novel if you decide to pair up the cute guy with the protagonist’s friend instead of her?

Cripes! I get an article published today, and all heck breaks loose with my page counts! I just wish all the folks going to the main Dump page were wandering over here, too.

I had to use lunch hour to update the regular Dump. Working on the novel will have to wait until tonight.

Holy cow! 29217! I rule! My charming husband asked “are you actually typing sentences, or just random words?”

I feel I can stop now. My eyes may fall out of my head soon. I’ll work on making up the rest (800 words or so) this week. In the meantime, I’m going to try to make notes on paper so I can let my son play with the computer for a few minutes before he has to go to bed. I’m nice that way.
