Gas is up to $1.31 today at my station. Maryellen at the Bagel Inn says it will be $1.50 by summer. Actually, she said $2.50 but when I questioned that number, she realized she’d made a mistake. Still, $1.50 isn’t small change.

I also tried to find the SmartRoutes website this morning and got a 404 error. That can’t be good… I’m hoping they just accidently erased the index page. I can hear a TON of sirens this morning, and I’m assuming it’s something on Route 2. When I got back home a firetruck and two ambulances were screaming down Prospect, which is where they would come from if they were down around the Mechanic Street exit.
