Rene's first playoff game was today.... and THEY WON!! It was an extremely intense game, with both teams giving it their all. Huge number of fouls on both sides (During the second half each team made 10 fouls!) Lots of players being knocked to the ground, fights over the ball were pretty intense, and emotions were high. Rene is a starter and had a fantastic game; she scored SIX points, making shots at some very key points in the game, as well as some key rebounds!! Panthers led throughout the game, but never by a comfortable margin. Final score 21 - 17, and the Panthers head to round 2. Playoff bracket is here: JV Playoff bracket
