Now that Corrina is three, she finally got to stay in the Eagle's Nest, which is the child care area at the grocery store. It's a big glassed-in playroom at the front of the store, with computers, videos, coloring tables, and lots of toys. They give the parents a beeper in case the kids need anything. Rene and Corrina played together the whole time they were there. Tony kept Hank at home, so I shopped without kids.
Today we just played at home. I took about TWENTY pictures of Hank (click here to see the amusing sequence at Ofoto), trying to get a good picture of him in the suit (white shirt, overalls, jacket, and cap) that Nee Nee made him; he kept yanking his cap off, and couldn't hold a pose. But I did get a few good ones.
I have been looking for several years for some large, cheap frames to display the kids' artwork. I finally found them at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. They are 16 x 20 inches, only $10 each. and they have pinch clips in the back to make it easy to switch the artwork as often as I want - perfect. The two on the left are Rene's artwork, and Corrina's is on the right.
The picture of the day is Hank - he loves to climb!
