Fluffy the Fluffy Fluff Fluff

(Gosh, that's a great word.)

Marshmallow Fluff is 75 years old! And if you visit the website, they have a theme song. I have to warn you, right now, the song is stuck in my head. Sort of the way Fluff sticks to the spoon when you make the world's best sandwich, the fluffernutter. I'm going to explore the page.

They have a recipe book, and stuff you can buy. There isn't much more I need to have a successful evening. I forgot the people who make Fluff are based in Lynn Massachusetts. Just one more thing to be extremely proud of.

You can buy 12 tubs for only 24 bucks online! What a deal! And once you have your 12 tubs, here is a sample recipe from the free recipe book!

Fruit Fluff Shake.

Into blender container put
1 c. chilled fruit juice (orange, cranberry, grape, apricot nectar),
2 large spoonfuls Marshmallow Fluff
and
3 ice cubes.
Blend 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 1 serving.

If anyone ends up making this, be sure to drop me a line.

What's This BLOG Stuff?

When I started this website back in 1996, the main purpose was to teach myself HTML. Soon after I worked the uglies out of it (and some will say it's an ongoing process), I started wishing I had a tool that would allow me to update the page on the fly, that would require less work to just put out an update.

Well, Blogging seems to be what I was looking for. It's basically a weB LOG. People just throw thoughts down on paper. They rant. They spew stuff. But it's the right technology.

I've set up my own Blog using blogger.com, and the results can be found via the above link for the Driver's Blog. This page will be updated daily during the week, and sometimes on weekends. If I find that it's popular enough, it will perhaps replace this left column of as the main content of the site. But for now, it will be it's own page. Visit early and often!

I'm happy to hear what you think, pro and con.

My Desktop

I know no one has actually said this to me so far, but I have to assume that a few of you are thinking, HEY, when I grow up, I want to be JUST like Jody. I want to have what she has. I want my desktop icons to look like hers! Well, here is your chance. I downloaded these Batman Icons and now Burt Ward is my recycle bin! Adam West is "My Computer! Wooo!

The Camry

Our sales guy, Andy, from Wagner Toyota called me at work today to find out how I'm enjoying our Camry.

"I don't know. I don't get to drive it."

Well, that's almost the truth. Rumor is that tomorrow Keith is going to borrow my van "I'll need that cleaned and spit-shined" so I can actually drive the Camry tomorrow! Watch out Route 2! I'm coming through!
